You may need to roll back an action plan if incorrect information was added, changes were made too early, or the plan needs to be returned to a previous stage for further updates before it can continue.

If you have missed an action or wish to add an action, but have already submitted the action plan. The action plan status will need to be rolled back. Please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
