Amend the primary contact

In this article, we explain how to amend the primary contact.

Written by Billy Dilks

A primary contact may need to be amended if the provider’s main representative has changed, their details are out of date, or the wrong person was originally assigned.

For Providers

  • If you do not have a user account for the PAMMS Assessment Portal or wish to amend the primary contact, please contact your Local Authority and request they create you an account/amend the primary contact. We are unable to create these accounts as Local Authorities administer the assessor portal accounts themselves.

For Local Authorities - Create new provider

  1. Navigate to the Access Group UK landing page here.

  2. Click on Provider Register.

  3. Select Add New Provider in the top right hand corner.

  4. Type in the CQC Location ID in the box provided.
