Users may need to change the name or title of an assessment if it was created incorrectly, assigned the wrong label, or requires updating to reflect the correct assessment period or provider.
Unfortunately we are unable to amend the names of new or existing PAMMS assessments. This is due to the fact that the names are pulled in PAMMS from the provider register.
The provider register is populated from what data is showing on the CQC ID official database.
In order to change this, the provider would need to speak to CQC ID and ask for the title of their location to be changed on the CQC ID database, this will then update in the provider register, which will subsequently update in PAMMS, resulting in changing the name of the assessment location.
