Submission Management allows users to track, review, and manage provider returns throughout a campaign. This feature helps users monitor submission progress, identify outstanding returns, and ensure all required information has been received and processed accurately.
This guide is aimed at Local Authority and partner agencies to explain how to access and manage provider submissions using the Submission Management Tool. Follow the steps below to review responses, make modifications, export data, and resend outstanding returns.
Accessing the submission management tool
Open the Provider Return Submissions area.
Select the campaign you want to review.
Choose the submission you wish to view.
A summary is displayed showing and will include:Organisations that have submitted.
The respondee’s email address.
Submission date and time.
Viewing submission status
Select Non Submitted radio button to view email addresses of providers who have not yet responded.
🤓Tip: Providers cannot modify their self‑assessments once submitted.
If a provider requests changes, you can use the Edit icon to update their response on their behalf.
Editing a provider submission
After making any modifications:
Select Submit.
When the screen reloads, the date and time of your amendment will be displayed.
Exporting submission data
Select the Export icon to download all return data as a CSV file.
You can open this in Excel or any data analysis tool to review performance against your key indicators.
Resending non-submitted returns
📌Note: If providers have not responded, you can resend the provider return.
Only providers without submissions will receive the reminder email.
To resend, you can follow these simple steps:
Select the Resend icon on the campaign, amend the email subject as required.
Select the template that you wish to accompany the email and then select Resend.
Navigation tip
When navigating inside the Submission Management Tool, always use the Back icon within the system rather than your browser’s back button.
