You may need to clear your browser cache when websites aren’t loading properly, pages look outdated, or stored data is causing performance or display issues.
There may be times when you need to clear the cookies and cache in your internet browser, for example, if you're unable to log into Access Evo or the page is running slow.
To do this, follow these simple steps:
Google Chrome
Click the three-dot menu then click Settings.
Click Security and Privacy then click Clear browsing data.
From the Time Range drop-down menu, select All Time.
Select the Cached images and files check box. Tip: For login issues, select the Cookies and other site data check box.
Click Clear Data.
Microsoft Edge
Click the three-dot menu then click Settings.
Click Privacy, search and services.
Under Clear Browsing Data, click Choose what to clear.
Select the Cookies and saved website data and Cached images and files checkboxes.
Click Clear.
For both Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome, to quickly access the clear browsing data option, press Ctrl, Shift and Delete on your keyboard.
